Hungarian specialists learned Belarusian experience of creating the system and the general principles of training personnel at Belarusian NPP, visited the training center and a number of the nuclear power plant facilities.
The delegation met with the Director General of Belarusian NPP, Sergei Bobovich, who emphasized the need for timely and high-quality training of personnel, and work with young people as a necessary condition for the formation of a promising reserve of personnel.
The Director General of Belarusian NPP informed the guests of the enterprise about the role of the nuclear power plant in the development of the region, the creation of new jobs, the increase in the number of young families, which indicates the unconditional influence of the nuclear power plant on qualitative changes in people's lives. In turn, Hungarian colleagues, based on the results of the work, noted the high level of the personnel training system of Belarusian NPP.
