Taking into account the investment opportunities of the republican budget, the program provides for the concentration of funds at facilities commissioned in 2020 and at transitional facilities with a high degree of construction readiness.
In 2020, Br581 million is supposed to be allocated for financing 107 facilities included in the program, including Br177 million from state capital investments, Br134 million from the Presidential Reserve Fund of the Republic of Belarus, and Br105 million from the state trust fund for national development.
In addition, in 2020, it is planned to start financing the construction (reconstruction) of 27 facilities, including a covered ice platform and a bus station in Ostrovets, a secondary school and a hostel of the National Children's Technopark, preschool institutions in Minsk Oblast, Alexander Nevsky Church at the Military Cemetery in Minsk , the center for medical rehabilitation of internationalist soldiers in Vitebsk, the bridge over the Western Bug River on the P94 Brest highway - the border of the Republic of Poland (Domachevo), 7 residential buildings for families raising orphans.
In total, 48 facilities are expected to be commissioned in 2020. A district hospital, a youth creativity center in Ostrovets, a school of the National Children's Technopark in Minsk, a sports and cultural center of the Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts, a safety center of the Ministry of Emergencies in Minsk, an adult and children's clinic in Gomel will be built. It is planned to complete the reconstruction of the Republican Gymnasium College at the Belarusian State Academy of Music, the Holy Assumption Monastery in Zhirovichi, Slonim region, and other facilities.
