The congratulations took place live on a teleconference organized between Belarusian NPP and the construction site of power unit No. 4 of Leningrad NPP on March 20, 2025, during a rally dedicated to the beginning of the key event.
In his welcoming speech, First Deputy Director General – Chief Engineer of the Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant Anatoly Bondar noted the close cooperation between Leningrad and Belarusian NPPs.
"We share your joy in connection with the beginning of construction of the fourth power unit. This means that the "shelf" of power units of the "NPP 2006" project is growing," Anatoly Bondar noted in his greeting.
The chief engineer of the nuclear power plant also expressed gratitude for the significant contribution to the construction of Belarusian NPP to the specialists of Leningrad NPP, JSC “Concern Rosenergoatom” and State Corporation “Rosatom” as a whole.
