During the scheduled preventive maintenance, spent nuclear fuel was replaced with fresh one - about 25% of the fuel assemblies with fresh nuclear fuel were loaded into the reactor core.
In addition, technical maintenance of about 12 thousand units of equipment was performed in full. Operational inspection of the metal of the equipment and pipelines of the NPP was carried out. The total number of objects of inspection amounted to more than 20 thousand, including radiographic inspection of the metal of 748 welded joints.
More than 26 thousand units of spare parts were used for the repair campaign.
The scheduled preventive maintenance was carried out by the repair personnel of Belarusian NPP, as well as by the personnel of JSC “Belenergoremnaladka”, JSC “Rusatom Service” and JSC “Atomstroyexport”.
