The head of Belarusian NPP noted the outstanding role of the President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, both in the implementation of the first Belarusian NPP project and in creating decent working conditions for the employers of the nuclear power plant.
“There are no such conditions anywhere else,” Sergei Bobovich emphasized.
The general director assured the young professionals that the company's management would make every effort to create conditions for the development of each young employee's potential. However, the responsibility for the implementation of a professional career lies primarily with the young employees themselves.
The head of the enterprise informed the young specialists about the features of Belarusian NPP project, noting that in the professional community of nuclear power engineers of the world this project is rightfully considered the best.
“We work with the best technology in nuclear energy,” noted the general director.
The first head of Belarusian NPP Mikhail Filimonov, told young specialists about the construction of Belarusian NPP. Mikhail Filimonov called on young people to take an active position from the very beginning, both in their professional careers and in the public life of the country.
The head of the ideological work group, S. Shushkevich, said that the enterprise is implementing the main directions of the state youth policy and involving young people in the work and social life of the team in a consistent manner.
Words of congratulations and wishes were expressed by the deputy chairperson of the trade union committee M. Pylynskaya. She introduced young specialists to the main provisions of the collective agreement and spoke in more detail about the social protection of youth.
Secretary of the primary organization of the State Enterprise "BelNPP" of the Public Organization "Belarusian Republican Union of Youth" Egor Burachonok gave a short talk about the activities of the youth organization, listing its advantages and opportunities

During the dialogue, answers were given to questions of interest to our youth.
At the end of the ceremonial event, the young specialists were presented with the books "For You, Belarus!" The publication is dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus from the Nazi invaders. The book covers a significant period of history, shows the strength and rebelliousness of the Belarusian people in 1941-1944.
The trade union committee presented backpacks with the organization's logo to the young specialists as a keepsake.
The meeting participants called on young people to be active and initiative – both in the production and public life of enterprises. After all, talented and goal-oriented specialists are always in demand, and all opportunities are open to them.
