The speakers were: Dean of the Faculty of Power Engineering Evgeny Ponomarenko; Head of the Department of Thermal Power Plants (TPP) Nikolay Karnitsky; senior lecturer of the TPP Department Andrey Burov; Deputy Chief Engineer for Personnel Training - Head of the Training Center of the State Enterprise “Belarusian NPP” Vladimir Gorin.
During the workshop, reports were made on the training of personnel at the energy faculty of BNTU; training of engineering personnel for Belarusian NPP; arrangement of industrial practices in the training of power engineers for the nuclear industry of the Republic of Belarus.
In the final part of the event, an exchange of views took place on topical issues of personnel training for the country's energy industry with the participation of representatives of structural divisions of the state enterprise "Belarusian NPP".
