Nuclear energy is considered a male field of activity. However, 516 women are already working for Belarusian NPP, and, apparently, this figure is not final. The staff of the nuclear power plant continues to grow with new personnel, and many more representatives of the beautiful half of humanity will appear in it.
Women of Belarusian NPP work in the most critical positions in various departments of the enterprise: from the personnel department to the turbine and reactor workshops.
“Only you, women, are able to create a welcoming atmosphere at work and in the family, take on everyday cares about the house and children, and be a moral example for them. After all, your maternal love is truly unlimited,” Mikhail Filimonov, CEO, noted in his congratulatory speech.
“Thank you for your exceptional intelligence, for outstanding professionalism, for diligence, composure and accuracy,” the head of the enterprise said in conclusion.
Of course, there were flowers and musical congratulations that were prepared for their colleagues by representatives of the male half of the enterprise’s staff.
