Over the course of five days, the heads of BelNPP's structural divisions studied how leadership influences safety levels and fosters the necessary safety culture within the team.
One of the lessons, titled "Leadership in Nuclear Energy: The Role of the Leader in Ensuring Safety," was led by Sergei Bobovich, Director General of Belarusian NPP.
Students not only attended lectures but also actively participated in roundtable discussions, workshops, training lessons, and practical exercises to gain new knowledge and also to immediately apply it to develop professional skills.
The main goal of the training is to transform theoretical knowledge into practical competencies necessary for effective personnel management and the flawless performance of job responsibilities, where safety is the highest priority.
Upon completion of the course, specialists who successfully passed the final certification were ceremoniously awarded state-recognized certificates of advanced training.
The certificates were presented by the company's general director, Sergei Bobovich, and the deputy chief engineer for personnel training and head of the training center, Oleg Zhenov.
Participants highly praised the quality of the organization and delivery of the training, emphasizing its practical significance for future work.
