Sergey Bobovich asked the young specialists with great interest about their first impressions of working at the country's largest energy facility, about the living conditions they were provided with, and about their academic background. Particular attention was paid to the topic of diploma theses, their relevance and connection with future professional activities. The CEO also specified the average diploma grade of each of the young specialists, emphasizing the importance of a high level of training. In this regard, Sergey Bobovich especially emphasized the role of mentoring, which is actively developing at the Belarusian NPP.

At the meeting with the management of the enterprise, almost all young specialists spoke about the conscious choice of the energy profession and Belarusian NPP as their place of work. The young people also shared their positive impressions of the enterprise, noting the high level of labor organization, favorable working atmosphere and support from the team.

The Director General of Belarusian NPP expressed confidence that the new employees will be a valuable addition to Belarusian NPP team and will contribute to its further development and successful operation. The young specialists, in turn, expressed gratitude for the attention given and assured of their desire for conscientious work and professional growth.
