The delegation of labor veterans was met by the director of the branch "TPP-5" of RUE "Minskenergo" Vladimir Kishko, the chairman of the veterans' organization of the branch "TPP-5" Richard Koleda, the chairperson of the primary trade union organization Margarita Krasnogorskaya.
The main purpose of the trip was to study the twenty-year experience of the veteran organization of TPP-5 in cooperation with the primary trade union organization of the branch, as well as to discuss the possibility of using the accumulated knowledge of fellow power engineers.
All this will contribute to the implementation of advanced experience and knowledge in practice, and will also adopt successful practices for the recently created primary veteran organization of Belarusian NPP.
The delegation studied the structure and activities of the veterans’ organization, methods of interaction with veterans, forms of support, implemented initiatives, and the participation of veterans in the life of the enterprise.
"This is a unique opportunity for us to learn how to effectively organize work with veterans," said Mikhail Filimonov, Chairman of the Veterans' Organization of Belarusian NPP. "The veterans' organization of the TPP-5 branch has a rich history and vast experience that we want to adopt and adapt to our conditions."
The result of the exchange of experience will be the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life of our enterprise’s veterans.
Also, the veterans of Belarusian NPP got acquainted with the city of power engineers of TPP-5, Druzhny settlement, and visited museum complex "Dukorsky Mayentak".
