Most of February shift of Technopark students are newcomers. Some students saw the operation of the nuclear power plant "from the inside" for the first time.
The excursion of young people to the plant traditionally began with a theoretical part in the demonstration building and the training center of the NPP. A more dynamic and intense part of the program awaited the children at the site: a visit to the 330 kV integrated GIS, spray pools, the machine room of power unit No. 2, a meeting with the Deputy General Director for Quality Alexander Erin.
This time, the excursion program was attended by HR specialists. Formation of a personnel reserve has been and remains the most important task for the enterprise. In order to motivate and attract the attention of high school students to the profession of "nuclear worker", the HR service of BelNPP held a career guidance meeting.
