On September 17, 2024, immediately after the opening of the Belarusian NPP stand at the IAEA headquarters in Vienna, the Director General of Belarusian NPP Sergei Bobovich and the Head of the Information and Public Relations Department of the enterprise Eduard Svirid visited the Monument to the Heroes of the Soviet Army in the center of the Austrian capital and the Soviet military cemetery at the Central Cemetery of Vienna, where more than 2,640 Soviet soldiers, officers, civilians who perished and died in the post-war years, are buried. Including dozens of Heroes of the Soviet Union, as well as the entire tank crew that died in the last battle for the liberation of Vienna at 8 p.m. on April 13, 1945.
On the National Unity Day and the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus from fascism, representatives of Belarusian NPP honored the memory of the soldiers who died for the liberation of Europe from Nazism with a minute of silence and laid flowers at the memorials.
