The general director of the enterprise, Sergei Bobovich, made a report on the results of the work of the Republican Unitary Enterprise “Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant” for 2023 and the tasks for 2024. The head of the nuclear power plant announced the main results of the enterprise’s work in the past year and outlined the main production tasks of the workforce for the current year. The main focus of the General Director’s speech was on the issues of safety standards, strict adherence to labor and technological discipline, occupational health and safety requirements.
The chairman of the primary trade union organization of the enterprise, Marina Pylinskaya, reported to the conference delegates on the work of the trade union committee.
The reports of the audit and editorial commission were heard, the results of the implementation of the collective agreement and other pressing issues of social partnership between the trade union committee and the administration of Belarusian NPP were considered.
By a unanimous decision of the conference delegates, the work of the trade union committee in 2023 was recognized as satisfactory.
The final part of the event included speeches by the Chairman of Grodno regional organization of the Belenergotopgaz Trade Union Denis Lyshov and the Chairman of Belarusian Trade Union of Energy, Gas and Fuel Industry Workers Igor Zhur.
The closing speech was made by Deputy Minister of Energy Denis Moroz. The Deputy Minister hig hly appreciated the work of the team in the past year and emphasized that the current year, in many ways, will be decisive in the work of Belarusian NPP.
“This is the first year of full operation of Belarusian NPP. But I am sure that the knowledge and competencies that you possess will make this year effective. And the year of quality will be reflected in every workplace: from the general director to the ordinary employee of the Belarusian NPP,” the deputy minister noted in his speech.
