In his report, Director General Mikhail Filimonov dwelled in detail on the fulfillment of investment activity indicators by the enterprise's staff, the implementation of the established performance indicators of the enterprise for the reporting period, once again outlining the key tasks facing the staff this year.
The chairman of the primary trade union organization, Marina Pylinskaya, reported on the activity of the enterprise’s trade union committee in h1 2022. The chairman noted that the terms of the team agreement between the employer and the trade union were fully implemented during the reporting period.
The participants of the trade union conference recognized the activity of the trade union committee as satisfactory.
Chairman of Belarusian Trade Union of Energy, Gas and Fuel Industry Employers Igor Zhur in his speech emphasized the importance of systematic creating healthy and safe working conditions, youth policy, international cooperation between nuclear power facilities.
Denis Lyshov, Chairman of Grodno Oblast Organization of Belarusian Trade Union of Energy, Gas and Fuel Industry Employees spoke about the main activities of Grodno Oblast Organization of the industry trade union and thanked the members of the team of the nuclear power plant for responsiveness and philanthropy.
