Strive for 100% union membership
The very young primary trade union already has something to be proud of: almost the entire team, and these are 2,290 people, are members of the trade union.
– We strive for deliberate membership, therefore our main task is to create a strong collective agreement. Electronic registration of trade union coverage significantly simplifies and systematizes the work: paperwork when joining the ranks of a public organization takes up to 5 minutes, - Elena Labadyreva explained.
Additional holiday and material assistance
Thanks to productive social partnership, BelNPP managed to introduce legal acts into the “local constitution” of the BelNPP that increase the level of protection of labor and social and economic rights of workers. Such preferences are fully consistent with the Belarusian legislation, as well as the General and Tariff Agreements.
– The new guarantees that have appeared in our collective agreement are additional incentive holiday for operating shift personnel for the specifics of the work performed, as well as compensation for the maintenance of children in preschool institutions in the amount of 2 basic items for each child to single parents, large and foster families, - said the chairman of primary trade union of RUE "BelAES".
Demographics are on the rise
According to Elena Labadyreva, the completed collective agreement strengthens the confidence of BelNPP employees in stability and decent wages.
– The quality of life of members of our primary organization is improving, they are satisfied with the results of their work and want to work for the benefit of the country's development. An important indicator of the well-being of employees is the desire to make a large family. Today the enterprise employs 60 people, whose families are included in the category of large families, - said the chairman of the trade union committee.
Affordable wellness
Choosing rest in trade union sanatoriums, each employee of the enterprise received material assistance from the funds of the primary organization.
– In order to improve the health of more people, at a meeting of the trade union committee, it was decided to encourage the winners of various competitions with weekend vouchers. For example, such a prize was received by 4 families - the leaders of the competition "Dad, Mom ...", which was held on the eve of May 1, - said Elena Labadyreva.
Fighting the pandemic
According to the chairman of the BelNPP trade union committee, a vaccination campaign is being actively carried out at the enterprise to create collective immunity. A number of restrictions are removed from people who have been vaccinated: they do not fall into the category of first-level contacts, and upon returning from abroad, they do not go into self-isolation.
