The NPP Information Center was opened in Ostrovets in 2009 and since this time has became very popular as among the citizens and as among visitors from others cities/countries. Suffice to say that at all this time about 20 thousands of people have visited the Center what is not that few for a small city.
And in November 2020, one more Information Center was opened. This Information Center is located in Demonstration unit of the NPP Training center and in close quarters to the NPP.
This Center is much more modern, commodious and well-lit but the most important is that everyone can see and evaluate the size of the hugest energy facility of Belarus!
The first, that is evidently, who took this opportunity were students from Ostrovets district schools. The Information Center specialists not only conducted an outdoor excursion, informing the children about the main NPP facilities but showed these facilities at the maquettes and models inside the Information Center.
Traditionally, everyone was presented with the booklet not only as a memorial gift but for informing theirs friends and parents about the NPP.
Besides, several groups of children resting at the children's health center “Zubrenok” visit a new Information Center over the next week.
