The training center (TTC) of the NPP, which was put into operation in 2016, is designed to cope with such tasks. The center is equipped with the most modern teaching aids, classrooms, laboratories, and full-scale and analytical simulators. Thanks to this, it is possible to train personnel using the material and technical base of our own center at the highest level.
It is logical that having such an educational institution nearby, the station staff, in a sense, are “eternal students”. Exams and tests are a common thing here.
This year qualification exams are held every Wednesday in one of the classrooms of the UTC. The station specialists prove that the level of their knowledge corresponds to the position held, and perhaps the employee deserves a promotion. Today employees of the decontamination department are undergoing such a test. To improve the quality of training, the examinees proved their professionalism not only theoretically, but also showed practical skills, using in full the material base of the training center.
