On February 25-26, pupils and teachers of Rymduny secondary schools visited the NPP Information Center. For centuries, representatives of Belarusian and Lithuanian nationalities have been living in this settlement compactly, in peace and harmony. Therefore, there are two schools in the agro-town: with the Belarusian language education and the Lithuanian language education. And they are located under the roof of one building.
The pupils got acquainted with the exposition of the information center from which they learned how a modern NPP operates, how its safety is ensured, and what impact a nuclear power plant has on the environment.
And of course, these days the exploitation of children’s favorite exhibits - bicycle generators of electricity came into the picture.
