The "Young Generation Rising Star Award" is presented to promising professionals whose achievements are already benefiting the industry and demonstrating future leadership opportunity.

Among the four laureates from the United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, and the Czech Republic is a representative of the Republic of Belarus: Yevgeny Botko, Deputy Chief Engineer for Production and Technical Support and Head of the Production and Technical Department at state enterprise “Belarusian NPP”.

"This award is a testament to the global nuclear energy community's recognition of the achievements of the entire young team of specialists at Belarusian NPP. Behind it lies the daily work of engineers, operators, specialists, and hundreds of other employees. It is precisely this teamwork and drive for excellence that enable our specialists to represent the country with distinction on the global stage," says Evgeny Botko.
